Introduction

An integrated approach, people’s participation and involvement are always enlisted by SPID. Opportunities are provided for the people particularly women in leadership, decision-making and self-reliance. Most of the responsibilities related to various programmes right from identification of needs / problems, analysis, prioritization, planning and execution to evaluation are vested with them. We believe in Social equity through community participation.

Our efforts towards deprived women and children are being addressed repeatedly all time. Even with limited resources we were able to reach many underprivileged women, children, youth and elderly persons of the society through dedication, devotion and untiring efforts by involving people of like minded and professionals.

SPID has been working towards the elementary education among the needy and poor children in the District of Chandauli & Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh. SPID has well-organized and functional team for our profession and activities. We have the experience in the field of advocacy & networking on the issue of ECCD (Early Childhood Care & Development) constantly for the benefit of children & mother of weaker section of society.

Effective contribution has been made in by Society for Participatory Integrated Development efforts and achievement equally by programme implementing staff. The society has done well and working for the upliftment /welfare of the marginalized sections of the society specially SC (Schedule Caste), ST (Schedule Tribe), OBC (Other Backward Caste), Minorities, Women, Older Persons, Neglected children, Environment & Forest field etc for the last several years.

Society has many laborious and compassionate, eminent people from various sectors who search out the main activity for the welfare of community under below poverty line. Our organizational structure is as follows:
